Mason Sterling is committed to the highest standards in its service to clients and in all its business dealings. If at any point you become dissatisfied or concerned about the service we’ve provided and want to make a complaint, then please contact the consultant responsible for your matter who will be happy to discuss this with you. If you are still dissatisfied, you may contact us directly using the Contact Us form. Please note that the procedure for complaints against our FCA-approved and unregulated consultants differ, and we will advise you accordingly following your complaint. We do not charge for the handling of any complaints and your concerns will be dealt with in confidence. We will endeavour to respond to your message within 7 days but no later than 28 days.
